FireDaemon and LabWare have an agreement in place that if you are intending to run or are running LabWare LIMS under FireDaemon Pro control and need setup assistance or are experiencing issues, then you must contact LabWare first.


How to obtain support from LabWare

To obtain rapid and accurate support for FireDaemon Pro and LabWare LIMS, please submit a support ticket to LabWare via the LabWare support portal. You will need to have a valid support account and be the designated primary support contact. Hence, please submit the ticket via the LabWare support portal first.


Issues preventing LabWare LIMS from running successfully under FireDaemon Pro

There are common issues that may prevent LabWare LIMS from running successfully under FireDaemon Pro. The most common problems include:

  1. Using incorrect Windows service login credentials
  2. Setting FireDaemon Pro configuration items incorrectly

  4. Using older / unsupported versions of FireDaemon Pro
